Propagation Class

During this 90 minute session, you'll delve into the art and science of propagating various plant species. Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through the propagation techniques for a wide array of plants including pathos, goldfish, hoyas, begonias, african violets, succulents, christmas cacti, flowering maples, ficus, and cacti, among others.
You'll learn the secrets to successful plant propagation, covering topics such as rooting methods, soil mixtures, and optimal conditions for different plant varieties. With this you'll have the skills to grow your own indoor garden and share your plant love with friends and family.
The best part? You get to take five of your propagated plants home with you, allowing you to nurture and watch them flourish in your own space. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting on your plant journey, you'll leave this class with the tools and confidence to create and care for your very own green oasis.
In addition to the structured learning portion, we've allocated 30 minutes for a Q&A session at the end of the class. This is your chance to ask any burning questions and seek expert guidance on any plant related matters.

Pumpkin Succulent Decorating Class and Paint Party!

Pups in the patch is back!
Join us Friday October 18th at 4PM for a PAW-sitively adorable day. Bring your furry friends to our pumpkin patch in their best costumes and capture the unforgettable memories with them.

Plant Swap and Sell
We want all hobbyists to feel welcome, so a 3x3 space is FREE
Join us for a day of botanical delight at our Plant Swap Event on September 28th! From 10 AM to 2 PM, immerse yourself in the world of plant sharing, trading, and mingling. If you're a plant lover, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts, expand your collection, and discover new treasures for your garden.

Plant Variety Galore: Bring your plants, seeds, cuttings, nodes, plant support gear, or any plant-related items you'd like to trade. Don't forget to price your items beforehand for smooth exchanges.

Dog-Friendly Environment: Leashed and friendly dogs are more than welcome to accompany you. Explore the greenhouse with your furry companions by your side.
Parking & Carpooling: Our parking is limited, so we encourage you to carpool with fellow plant enthusiasts if possible. Overflow parking is available just one lot north at Smith & Edwards.
Free 3x3 Space for Sellers: We want all hobbyists to feel welcome, so a 3x3 space is FREE. If you are operating under a business or would like a larger space (6x3), you can upgrade for $25. You can also offset this cost by posting on Facebook and Instagram that you'll be at the event at least twice before the event. Please Bring your own table!
No Obligations, All Enjoyment: Feel no pressure to bring items. This event is about more than just swapping, t's a chance to learn, make friends, and relish in the joy of plants.

Canning 101 Class

Rose Society Class
Learn alongside a Rose Society Rep in a class about everything rose related. This will include cultivation, pruning practices, the best varieties, and how to “feed” your roses. This class is free to members of the Rose Society, for non members cost of the class can go towards a Rose Society Membership.

Hanging Basket Class
Join us March 30th at 11AM to build your own hanging flower basket for spring! Choose up to 5 flowers to plant into your basket. We will grow your basket out in our greenhouse until they are ready to be hung outside. Baskets should be picked up between May 13th-20th.
Houseplant upsizing day
Need a place to repot your houseplant? Bring them in for our upsizing day! March 23rd use our space, have access to soil and pottery without cleaning up the mess! We will help you through the process, and your houseplant will be happy to have more room to grow!
